It is not there doesnt show up maybe because my email is @hotmail.com can some admin manually send it to my registered email so i can change password

 

I think what you need to do is submit a new email address - even if an admin manually sends you the email, it would probably not be received by your current address. So please post a new thread with your new desired email, then I'll request an admin to change your account's email to the new one + send you a new password.
