Father 2h - Disputing again after 2 years

Hello, Father 2h here. In approximately a week and a half I will have been banned from Sythe for 2 years.
I can assure you that I do miss it, and when I received my ban I tried multiple times appealing it as I was
and still feel like I can be an asset as well as benefit from this wonderful forum. In my 6 month tenure on
Sythe, I contributed in way of:

Overall, I accumulated 35+ (Documented) vouches is my short time being here, and never had a scam report made on me for the first 5 months.

Unfortunately, I finally had a discrepancy when I was involved in a circumstance where I was accused of
scamming a measly $10.78 after months of making large scale trades. Coincidentally, the user who accused
me of scamming him was banned less than a week later for scamming him self.

I didn't scam this user, nor do I feel there was sufficient proof at all, and if the user wouldn't have been
banned we could have tried to work things out. In the time I was on Sythe I was not involved in any scams,
and would not have put my reputation on the line for less than $11. I was really upset being banned as I
was very active, accumulating over 1100 posts in less than 6 months, and I hope that I am welcomed with
open arms back into the Sythe community. I'd like to once again contribute to this amazing site.
I have tried contacting the contact information I had for this user to see if he would proclaim my innocence
now since he is already banned and knows he will not get anything out of portraying me as a scammer,
but I have not been able to reach the other user after multiple attempts.

 

Just to add I am not a ban evader, any other account I made has been strictly to appeal the ban.

 

Wow digging deeper I discovered I did indeed make another account on Sythe, but did not scam.
Sorry for not including this information earlier, I honestly did not remember but found another
account I may have gone on after looking into the situation once again.

On this other account I never scammed anyone either, I was genuinely trying to rejoin the community.
I know this wasn't right and I do apologize, but I have had 2 years off of Sythe, and realize
I should have kept trying to prove I was innocent before giving up and making a new account.

We have to deny your dispute again. What you can do to get unbanned is submit a pardon AFTER reading the stickies of the pardon section (you have to follow those or your pardon will be denied). Contact the person you scammed and refund them first. Also, don't create a new account to dispute, just post as a guest.
