I was selling LegitUpgrades 13.64m for $7.5 PayPal. After I gave him the money, he said he realised that he didn't have any more money in is PayPal and that he could either give me a membership upgrade or refund the money. After I said I'd rather him refund the money, he logged off. I have a full recording of the transaction to prove that I traded him the money and that he didn't refund it. However, that is pretty evident from the msn screenshots.

There are at least 5 other people saying they were scammed by LegitUpgrades, but unfortunately I didn't search before I traded with him.
