Quick Method- This involves getting tokens from all activities and but involves getting def, att, and str exp. Point of this is for getting faster defender drop rates. Trust me it really is faster.

An Attack and Strength level of 130 combined.
Some decent gear, Rune+.
A weapon of your choice, Dragon+.

You do not need to give me your bank pin, however it is recommended because I will need to use food. I will have to ask for you to log in every time I am out. If you want that go for it =p.

Second, gear, rune armour+ with a dragon weapon or higher. (glory)

Invy: mithril plate, mith legs, mith full helm, monks.
