Reporting Noob for scamming

Explanation: I saw a thread about someone hosting a 50M 07gp giveaway, which you can find here:

This giveaway linked this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhmRMNab8Ag

On the comments, you can see that 'YRandomVideosY' posted his RSN (Guild) and his Skype name (sythe.noob). The Skype name (sythe.noob) links to the user 'Noob' which you can see on his profile, and incase he changes his Skype name if he sees his thread, here's a picture:

The person with RSN 'Guild' is a known scammer, I know this because a person that was going to do a swap with me was scammed by him a few months ago. He owns Skype imposter accounts and trades people from his account 'guild', proof can be seen on this thread (I'm sure there are many more, this is the only one I could find by searching his name):

Furthermore, I don't know if this is relevant, but on the linked thread above showing that guild is a scammer, the person that was banned 'trader', if you view his IP log, and compare it to 'Noob' Ip log, you can see that there are MANY similar names.
