Supports and Braces?

I'm looking for anyone to recommend me a back brace that is really good for when frequent bending and/or twisting movements are required by a job, sport, or other daily activity. This also can be useful for when I'm doing a lot of house hold jobs, shopping, picking up trash in my car.
