    Why do you think they are ban evading: Both users line up on the same IP Audit, and share heavy interests in the RSPS trading scene. I know there's a lot of assumption here, so if this isn't enough evidence then I'm sorry, but making the report just in-case.

    I also found 2 other banned members on his IP Audit, but I'm not sure if they have any correlation to this user. They both dealt with RS accounts specifically.
