Guthans in NMZ

So I just came back to 07scape and decided to max out my melee, starting with strength. I know guthans training isn't as fast as d scim or dh, but the profit and level of afk seems awesome to me.

What's the best way to afk the NMZ with guthans? I've heard sitting in a corner is best, but what type of rumble do I do? Some say hard, some say normal, and are there any other specifics?

You will get horrible xp rates if you use guthans. I don't recommend it.

 

Even for overnight training?

 

You would be better off to bot than try and afk overnight.

 

It's not cost efficient. Guthans shouldn't be used as main armour. You won't hit consistently anyways.
