- Refund liability has expired by now, as far as recovery goes the following should be considered:
• Account had been permanently banned, based on customer.
• Account had been linked to a Jagex account and the standard recovery form cannot be submitted.
• Customer didn't keep track of the in-game name, password, ip changes and cannot provide this information to aid in the recovery alternative submission.
• Original owner seems to have / recovered access to the original(matching) email, i was never notified of this by customer.
A sort of recovery request (Jagex Accounts version) has been submitted & denied already. Submitting another, yet its unlikely to get a successful response per original email cannot be accessed by me or buyer. *Will update if ever accepted
