Help with Grammer Homework!!!

I have many grammar questions and I am terrible at it.
Please help.

Also If you do not mind posting an explanation of why it is wrong and why the other choice is right, That would help a lot! That way I can figure out what I am looking at wrong and why the answer is a better choice and learn from it.

Which uses correct punctuation?

A. Aunt Nancy says that "wascally wabbit" on old-time TV cartoons was a positive influence by introducing her to classical music.

B. Aunt Nancy says that, "wascally wabbit" on old-time TV cartoons was a positive influence by introducing her to classical music.

 

B, there's no need for a comma in A.

 

Can you explain why?

Is English your first language? C'mon, which seems right? Would you pause before saying the other part in normal speech? Think about that. It's A...

 

That's a very useful page.

 

Letter A uses the correct punctuation because the sentence does not need a pause after 'that'.
