I deal with a disease that causes a lot of my organs to fail which results in me being in and out of the hospital this equals a lot bills. I do not have this type of money to throw away. If I can't trust a global mod on this site who can be trusted.

 

That PM is a month old, you'll need one for this transaction if he's to be held responsible I'm afraid. Hackings do happen frequently and a PM is required for a ban or a repayment for that reason.

 

I don't have one for the transaction. Why were no warnings posted on his account?

 

He requested a ban as soon as he realised he couldn't log in to his Skype

 

Where is this stated in the rules. That every transaction requires a PM?

 

I think we both know that this is sketchy. He asked if I wanted MP conversion. He didn't ask if I was buying or selling RS gold. So he knew our past conversation history, that does not come with a skype hack. I think that a photo of Leanbeans paypal should be required for an unban.

 

It isn't a rule as such, you are free to trade without PM's - it just wont wind up well for you. You should always request a PM to make sure who you're trading with is who you think it is.

For the record: we will follow all procedures as with any other scam.

 

I've screenshared lean's Paypal and subsequently I shared it with Iago. It's clean and he is satisfied with how he got caught out from what I gather.
