Alright, so on his thread he claims he offers "1.05/M for 300m+ and claims on his banner post "guaranteed cheapest rs3 and osrs gold" as shown here:



You can see in the picture above that it was indeed updated yesterday so it is recent prices.

Anyways, as shown I was unable to buy gold at the "cheapest rate" nor what the rate he offered for his bitcoin special on the thread. This clearly breaks this rule because not only does his thread not accurately "reflect your actual price that the thread states it will... Runescape 2007 Gold | SomicGold.com offers gold for 1.39/M and he refuses to sell for 1.38/M meaning his rate is not the cheapest and click baited me with his banner post and thread post to take away from others who actually are selling the cheapest gold on purpose by not "promptly updating the information"

This is the rule I'm referring to:
"False or Misleading Advertising: Your sales/purchase threads must be accurate and updated promptly to reflect your actual prices/offers. If you advertise an offer significantly different to your actual prices then this is false advertising"

 

You're supposed to get 6% off for using the code Sythe6, that would make the price cheaper than 1.38. Did that work? I edited out his "bulk rate" since that was apparently just extremely outdated although to his credit he does say the prices on his website may differ from the ones in his thread

 

No, you can see that 6% off makes it 1.40/M which is shown in the chat logs by the agent. My claim is he states "guaranteed cheapest 07 in the banner" however it is not when other websites sell cheaper.
