Reporting Hex violation of the Personal Info rule.

A picture I posted in discord for a brief moment of myself is now continually being used by @Hex. Even when asked to cease it has continued and seems to be a joke to this particular user who believes rules do not apply to him.

Per the rule, even if said picture was publicly posted by an individual at one time it is not permissible to post ensewhere if permission has not been granted by the individual.

Reply on discord to Gun#0001 for the pictures as I cannot seem to create hidden content on mobile.
