@Artur Do you have proof that he had access to your account, as well as anything conclusive to prove he was the only other person with access besides yourself?

Hey was waiting for a reply from a MOD since I'm not sure how to go about this.

Artur paid for the rest of 99 Runecrafting order, last thing I've done on the account was get 94 after that left the account at Blood Altar and went to sleep. Woke up to this.

Been trying to talk about it with Artur, I still got 200m for the order which I asked if he wants it refunded.

Pretty much just login to his account to do skills ordered, best of I recall there were 3 or 4 people on the account including me and Artur himself through the duration of services. I was only provided info of username, password and auth whenever I needed.

Wasn't the one who did it and I got no one to blame as it's not my business what he does with the account himself. Can refund the rest of the order whenever or complete the service, his choice.

After speaking with these two, here's what I found:

The auth pass was claimed by Artur to have been reset, but no email confirmation can be produced to prove the auth was reset, which means at least two other service workers may still have had access to the account as lukkeis wasn't the only worker logging in over the last month or more.

Additionally, the bank pin was compromised and accidentally made very easily accessible, and it's highly reasonable to assume anyone who interacted with this account was able to guess the bank pin. Regardless of this fact, bank pins are not 100% secure and can be removed if given enough time.

Lastly there was hack attempts as far back as Dec 26 with a request to remove auth from the account, so it's not conclusive when the account was compromised.

Therefore, I'm removing DNT from lukkeis, and leaving this report open for 24 additional hours to catch any more proof either party might wish to supply. If no additional information is procured, I will resolve this report.

Ancillary to this report, there is outstanding work to be done on the account, already paid for with 200M. If the two parties still wish to come to an agreement on how that will be settled, I don't mind sitting with you to figure it out. The 200M was sent to lukkeis as payment to get to 99 runecrafting, and Artur's account only reached 94. Either lukkeis can resume those services, or you guys can discuss a separate resolution for that transaction. Lukkeis indicated he is willing to refund the 200M and to provide future discounts with his employer's service as a offer of solidarity for the hacking Artur's account suffered.
