Question about support tickets (I don't want to be able to see them anymore)

I ran into a rather unusual (to me) situation when trying to sell my LoL account recently. It was ready to be sold, but then I decided to check my old support tickets to see if there was any personal info sticking around in there. There was! I was not able to complete my sale because there was personal information in tickets I had submitted two YEARS ago. My first decision was to submit another ticket asking for Riot to delete my previous support history. I made it a point to tell them it was fine if they kept my tickets on reference in their own database, but that I had become careful about what personal info on me was out on the Internet so I didn't want to be able to see it from my own account anymore in case I was hacked or something.

No reply on that ticket in over two days...

I then found this thread: Support Site Sign On FAQ

The last two sections in that thread make me think that support history is based off of registered e-mail address, so I thought I could simply change the registered e-mail on the account and I would no longer be able to see the tickets. It's been over two hours since the e-mail change was confirmed, and I can still view the old tickets.


Tl;dr

Is there any way for me to make it so that I cannot see my previous support tickets anymore? It's been over two years since my last one was submitted, and changing my registered e-mail address hasn't worked (two hours have passed since I changed the e-mail, is it possible it hasn't been reflected across all services yet?).

Do you think Riot will act upon my ticket? Making it so that I cannot see tickets from my own account, but maybe I could tell them I've saved the ticket ID numbers so if they ever do need to be referenced they can be?

No. They can't be unseen.

But your ticket about omitting personal information in old tickets may go through based on how you worded it. They should respond whether or not they agree to do it.

Also, your tl;dr isn't any shorter lol

 

Riot support usually honors requests like this, however, they take some time to respond. I'm pretty sure they'll honor your request when they do though.
