Leach scam report

This member has scammed our customers an estimated 50M 07.
Leach joined our runescape services via referral from frary.

As well, you're aware that you're responsible for paying back anything he's scammed, correct? Procedure is for you to be banned until everything is paid back.

 

Of course. We have informed our customers that we will refund.

How do these screenshots show nothing? If you are unaware, here is our process:

Our workers claim orders through our website, then our client logs them in.
Our client also takes screenshots of any trades/duels/drops/pms and other suspicious events that occur.
The client that the screenshot originated from reported that the user logged in while the scam was occurring was Leach.

So, TL;DR, this is what leach was doing on our customer's accounts.

 

I'm just not seeing how you're getting the pictures though, or how i'm to prove that it's him. There's no name, it's just photos of runecape trades, you know?

 

I will contact you on skype with more evidence, there are some security internals I would not like to publicize here.

 

Leach's onsite UPS account had been compromised. His account did indeed scam but at this time evidence points to Leach's account truly being compromised.
