Vapour is a scammer

A few days ago I made a this post (http://www.sythe.org/characters-levels-150-200/1601534-selling-lvl-191-good-quality-good-price.html) to try and sell my account on runescape. Vapour replied to my thread and pmed me.

I was told to go first since I was the newer member. He showed me his vouch thread with 7 vouches and a picture of his paypal balance http://i.imgur.com/IHw7SfO.png so I was ok with going first. We got on skype after I pmed him my skype username.

Fast forward a bit.

I gave him all the info of my account: username, pass, changed the email attached to the account to his own, and gave him the recovery answers. He then sent me an image of an email he received from paypal, confirming that he had sent the agreed-upon amount to me. http://i.imgur.com/VFsLkVO.png
***Note***: Another user here pointed out that instead of finding the email at the top of his inbox, like he should have, Vapour needed to search for all instances of "paypal" in his inbox to find an old receipt to edit.

It's been over 2 days and my balance is still 0. http://imgur.com/vCDbAwM To make sure that he never sent any money, I emailed paypal describing my issue. http://imgur.com/01c9mLO They sent me an email back saying the transaction ID for his payment was fake. http://imgur.com/CdN6xzI (The cut-off part is just the name of the employee and the words PayPal Consumer Support and PayPal, an eBay Company)
