MW2 German to English [STEAM]

I'm having some problems here. My MW2 is in German at the moment. I need some help so that I can convert it to English. Is there any way I can convert it to English if it's German ?

 

Open the Steam games list. Right click on MW2 (Single- and Multiplayer are separated, do all this for both), choose properties. Go to the language tab and change it to whatever you like (most likely English? ). Steam will then download the missing sound files from the content servers.
If it's on PC ofcause.
A quick google search found this.
Also note I don't know if that works, got it off google and I don't own MW2 to verify.

ill tel you how i did it.

go to steam folder, steam apps, common, find tehe MW2 folder.

find local.something

and change lang=German
to lang=English
