Requirements For Rune Weapons:

All Rune Weapons Require 40 Attack And I Think About 10-20 Str.​

Requirements For Rune Plate Armour:​

All Rune Armour must Require 40 Defence "Rune Plate Body Requires Dragon Slayer Completed And 40 Defence.
