Gina Rose Banned after donating 1 hour before ban?

Hi Mods, I am here to respond to the allegation that I am the user @Flyin Jay. It was mentioned that we have some similarities, looking at the evidence this is true. But just because there are some similarities does not make me guilty of any offenses he has committed.

In regards to the first item on the list, it states we have the same interests. Of course we have the same interests, we are using Sythe and barrow gloves are the most common starter accounts. They can be developed once purchased into almost anything to be resold. Most players of note on this site have an interest in barrow glove accounts. We are also paying different amounts and our thread/writing is nothing a like.

In regards to the female avatar, I purchased a female avatar because it goes with a female name. There are countless Sythe users with female avatars. My avatar is professionally done and nothing like Flyin Jay. By a reverse image search you can see that Flyin Jay merely stole a picture of a girl off the internet. That is a significant difference.

In regards to the vouch thread, I will concede they are similar. However I did not get this idea from Flyin Jay, I recently read into the drama Lazid caused and saw his vouch thread. It is years old and in the same format. I liked the way it looked professional so began imitating it. This is not against the rules to the best of my knowledge.
I am happy to discuss any of the "similarities" between us, but I find it extremely unjust that I was banned without even having an opportunity to defend myself after making a $50 donation. I would also like to note that I only post from my home IP and only have one IP on my account. I am not a serial evader or a "proxy-whore", I post from home and I am not Flyin Jay.

You've had two attempts to post this dispute from your home IP but didn't, can you begin by posting from your home IP

Save yourself the trouble, I've looked into this further and also discussed this with an admin. You've got more than just vouch similarities with Lazid and are indeed ban evading. Additional info is provided in deleted post below for staff
