Explanation of the trade: I agreed to pay 225m for Barrows Gloves on a brand new account.
Amount scammed: 244m
How they scammed: They logged on, took my gold, logged off and removed me from Discord.

I talked to him on Discord about getting my account leveled up and quested to Barrows Gloves. I originally was going to give him ~40m upfront but he said he needed it all. I then put more gold on the account and he logged on and acknowledged that 244m was on the account. He said he was going to take 200m and that he would be spending 2 hours on tonight getting Waterfall Quest completed.

After he logged on to grab the 200m I began to play CSGO. I took a peak over and noticed he was logged off of Discord. I logged onto my character and seen that all the gold was taken.

The Discord ID doesn't match, but explain how he would have a conversation of our chat and send it to me through PM?

Looks like it was an imposter and he is a known imposter sadly.
