Help me negative balance from selling 07 gp

i have negative balance on paypal from runescape scam.
Is there any way to reduce this? or atleast not pay it? They have my home info and phone number ect... I read online where, someone was deducted 1$ off for every 3$ they added. I would like to do the same, because the amount of what I got charged back is $350. That's to much for me to pay, any thoughts/idea on what I should do and how I should do them?

At this point no unless you work out something with Paypal. I would try to call them if it was me, I always get better service with them when I call directly and they can do things that normally aren't allowed over the phone, like opening a dispute after 45 day mark.

 

Call paypal, don't try and avoid paying it'll bite you in the ass in a few months time. If you can't afford to cover chargebacks, I'd suggest selling with safe payment methods - Bank transfers, Western Union, Skrill or even PA.
