Had to train 50 mining in order to get to white wolf mountain dungeon.
No other requirements
Lvl 3 could've do it other than the guthix wizzy

 

Pretty lucky I'm on a rather frustrating level three clue scroll where I've had to do Monkey Madness, Legends quest and now Mournings end Part 1 to do it. Anyway, best of luck with your future Clue scrolls.

 

I hate the legends' quest one where you have to get to the jungle and dig on the right coordinates.

 

Yeah, it was a pain. I found out afterwards I didn't actually need to complete the quest to do it, I was frustrated . Did you get attacked by a Sara mage when digging too? Everyone I know including myself was :/

 

lol the first time I did that one, I went in the jungle, did the clue, and got the next scroll. Then I got called into other room by my dad, and in the meantime one of the tribesmen that wander around there killed me.

Lost 25m in runes + items, and of course the clue as well.

My biggest fail to date, lol.

 

My parents have caused me grief on RuneScape a few times too Anyway let's not try to get too off-track on Peetus thread.

What do you think's the lowest level anyone's ever completed an elite clue at?

 

Never got to that point Always dropped the clue

 

I might be one of them, since you have to kill atleast a lvl 131 bronze dragon to get one. And their drop rate for that is next to none.

 

Unlucky, though the loot will be amazing for a level 40 anyway
