You could always go for the "random" approach.

For example:

I waz pettin kittenz dat day so i waz not on da account wen it was banned, u wana pet my kittenz tew?

I've seen some wild shit like that get accepted, so it's kind of hard to tell you what to put in for a successful appeal.:'(

Appeal are auto-generated so although it is 99.9% they'll decline, there's hope. I, too saw a few appeals at RSbot forum that work. Miracle for them.

Last chance appeals rarely get Accepted because they are Random Generated. Good luck though.
