Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I had a problem with an account that I sold, it was recovered by one of my workers. Luckily, it was resolved very quickly, and I gave the customer a speedy refund. This led me to get a well deserved DNT (I understood it and I still understand this perfectly.) It is really that simple, I have to be responsible for providing customers with good care, a good quality of service and security; security being the most important. The fact that I’ve sold so many accounts and only had a problem with one is great, but it still doesn’t justify my irresponsibility in the matter. I am deeply sorry for what happened. I believe I should be forgiven since I have been punished for 3 and a half months+, which has given me a lot of time to reflect on my actions.
I really want to return to Sythe, now more than ever I will provide greater security, attention and all the fine qualities I have always brought forward. Believe me this not going to happen again, I have taken many measures that I am sure will work. To an extent, I’m happy that this happened because I have learned a very good lesson! Which has lead me to become more transparent and indeed cautious. Well, my request for a pardon ends here. But not without first saying: I hope you can give me the opportunity to come back and see how I have changed my way of thinking with greater foresight and feel that I will do better moving onward. Again, I deeply apologize about what occurred and I will not disappoint you again if given the opportunity to be a part of the Sythe community once more. I have done a lot of business on this great website, specially gold selling and buying(never had a complaint), and look forward to resuming my services.
