Large Lcd tv as a monitor mouse problems

So I have for years always used lcd tvs as my computer monitor. Started with a 42 then a 47 but I just bought a 70 in and I notice like a 1/2 second delay from my mouse moving and stopping after I actually start and stop physically moving it. None of my other tvs have ever did anything like this and I wouldnt know why this one would or if there is a fix to it. Cause it is a b***h trying to play runescape with a delay in the mouse trying to click on stuff...

Any other info you may need. Its a 70 inch sharp smart tv. not sure on the model it was a gift from my girlfriend. And the mouse I am using is pretty basic logitec wireless mouse that i have used for years with no problems. Also same with all of my tvs I am connected using VGA cause my video card has no hdmi slot.

Is there a gaming mode on the TV? If so turn that on. Also, if the TV has any enhancer techniques (pixel plus, true motion etc) try to disable them. Hopefully this fixes your problem.

 

I went through the option last night and tried to find something like game mode but couldnt. But I just found it it was hidden in one of the options switched it over. It made the screen darker but the mouse is right again. Thank you str8 I think you fixed it for me
