If you check profile ones signature, there is a vouch from profile two saying thanks for the account -implying he bought the level 90 staker.

Now today, same account - http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1202065
two minutes later account two bumps it.

obviously using two profiles to promote his accounts/give himself credibility. This is suspicious, and a TWC would help potential buyers from possibly being scammed.
