Reporting Furreal for promoting a banned members website

I already informed video I was contacted asking to rent rsgoldfund vs sell it.

Video approved it, I'm perfectly content showing him the agreement and that I have 0 association with the website, I even had mike write a new terms and condition into the code to reflect this.

 

You would think if you sold a business this would be filled in so there is no confusion, also if you're renting the website wouldn't you still be liable since your company is still claiming liability in the footer?

No the company isnt liable nor am I, the terms have been edited to reflect the people renting are liable and they state the site is now rented out @ Ihq @ Broken man

I'm not sure how or where anyone is drawing my assocation- I dont own or operate the site period- I havent logged in it once and its owned by 2 seperate people who are operating & advertising it.


People can think what they want, but I legitmately have 0 assocation lol.


All I did was rent it out with a rental agreement when i asked if I'd consider renting it vs selling it.


There's nothing illegal here, I dont have any intrest in the site nor its operations lol, I just collect money from the rental once a month .

Hey, my partner who did not know all the information said that Bus was part of the website.
He is not affiliated at all, I rented out the website from him for 1 month, and this is a previous chat log from the skype convo: http://prntscr.com/bihn29
That says that he is not affiliated with the site at all, other than the chargeback protection he is providing as I am a rather new gold site owner.
Also, I sent a PM to Time to Buy and Video regarding the titles I was using.

Anthony is simply a co-owner of the site who was misinformed. I do all of the business, he mostly does livechat. That's all. You're using a miscommunication between the owners as a way to prove that bus is involved (which he isn't). I have hard proof that he is only renting us the site and that's it.

PM that I sent to time to buy and video. In the pm, you could see that I say that im RENTING the website.

 

Bus has been known to use other people to do business on his behalf before, I would open your own website with your own name. Also, the company RSgoldfund doesn't have 1k+ vouches, bus as a person i believe has a little under 950.. You didn't buy his reputation, you're renting his website for the name and functionality (which to me shouldn't be allowed since that website has traffic because of his name and reputation in the business) and if you're going to use his reputation then like i said before, you'd need to be a worker for him but you'd still be advertising a banned members website.

I personally don't see how Mods could allow you to do this, If i switched ownership and made it public nowhere and someone came on like a regular customer and sent us a ton of money for gold via bitcoin or large 07 trades and you scam they came trading thinking Bus still ran the website.

I guarantee in the "contract" or before the rental began he mentioned the traffic you'd get because of the name and the reputation... Which again, shouldn't be allowed. You're using a banned members website and reputation as that is know as his Website.

 

No, that was not included in the deal. The deal was $135 for one month of rental of the site. I do not care about anything else, it is a good site and I enjoy having it. It is my first time owning a gold site, and I did not have the funds to spend $500+ on a site alone. I asked him if I could rent it out, and he told me the conditions. I agreed and started to rent.

2. Sites been shutdown a month, there is no lingering traffic(I checked the zopim) theres 0 visitors the past 2 weeks & theres TOS text informing customers its rented.

3. U cant guarantee your own mother gave birth to you tbh, it's been blatantly cleared by staff that the reputation of a site belongs to the company, as LONG AS someone rents the site, they can use the sites reputation- once they stop renting- They cant.

I blatently told the renters that they can only use the reputation as long as their renting and all vouches go towards the site- they agreed.

Your just speculating on something you dont know jack all about.


This is no different than the 10 other times I've rented sites out while banned, calm ur tits.
