It's in the right hand side, second one down. Click "Click here to redeem it" on that box.
Don't hit the "Subscribe now" button, wait for it to load.
If you do hit Subscribe now, you have to enter a phone number, the phone number can be anything.
This will take you to a page with a white surfpin box, if the number is 1-900-999-899 in the box, you got to the right screen, otherwise, you screwed up.
