    You're free to dispute someones ruling at the time of the report. Champ discussed this with the entire staff team. Service disputes fall into a difficult area when a botting ban report appears. If you place an order through a service that states they are not responsible for botting bans, we will generally side with the service provider. Due to the fact that botting bans can come from either side, you can understand why these reports are difficult.

    This isn't to say we don't hold services liable for botting bans, if there is enough evidence to suggest there was botting we will hold them liable.

    For your point about @Bolt using Osbuddy, this doesn't change anything and nor are service providers required to take screenshots. It is the customers duty to specify any additional requests before the start of a service. A user using Osbuddy does not mean they are not botting, many clients have a 'looking glass' feature that allows you to bot through the native or 3rd party clients in an effort to reduce bans.

    I'm sorry that your account was banned, but I would highly advise you fill out a support ticket on Jagex claiming that your account was hacked, I've seen many of these bans quashed because of the IP changes during the access of their account.
