It's too big for the text, try delimiting it a bit

Anyways, i like it

 

I Actually like it, its plain and simple which makes it stand out to me, and the colors go great together

 

^. I think it looks good, plain and simple. But, one thing.. You can easily see a rectangle of an attempt at a gradient map or something. It's right under the text. If you fix that it'll be great. You could easilly smudge the ends of it and it would look fine.

 

I like, its simple and elegant. Although I can see your lighting 'box'. I'm guessing you made a square with the rectangular marquee tool, filled it with black and then applied lighting? The only thing that needs work on is the lighting.

I think it good good. But like someone else said, make the black background smaller.
Other then that good job.
