Questions about using a VPS?

Ok so I plan on making my own RS3 bots I'm having trouble finding how much RAM and broadwidth I would need per account? I am assuming that the hard drive space wouldn't be a problem am I wrong? And also where is a good place to buy from, preferably I would want a VPS that allows me to upgrade later on instead of renting a new one and starting over. Are there any that would run say 100 runescape accounts? I apologize if this is not the right place to post this but I think it is.
