Need someone to unban my acc last appeal paying 6m

Hi my account has been perm banned it has 12.5 black marks. 7.5 black marks for a legacy punishment that is unapealable and 5 black marks for breaking rule 7. It is on last appeal and I will pay up to 6m for you to unban it for me. I want somebody trusted to do this. You will get on the account send in the appeal and you will get off the account, then if the appeal passis we will meet either bounty hunter or if you have a better trading method and I will give you the 5-6m worth item that you chose or items.
