  This was posted years ago. I bought some OSRSGP and the guy had me pay through gifts/services. A month later I was looking at my charges and I see this charge for "shoes" that I thought was a scam. I charged it back (I started the process) and I got reported. I contacted the guy back and apologized. I called Paypal specifically and requested for that chargeback to be canceled. They told me that they cant reverse it, but I told them I wanted to lose on purpose. They said OK and I didnt follow up with the chargeback to say anything to paypal, thereby losing it for me.
  
  I was literally immediately banned and not given a chance to reply. If you contact the original person, you can see that I lost the Paypal case, and paypal always sides with the buyer if its through goods/services.
  
  As for buying SE'd headphones, I literally just asked him to talk about it in the screenshot. I didnt know what SE'd was specifically.

EDIT: I literally tried to search this up to find proof of me not replying to the paypal chargeback in order to fail it. My paypal doesnt keep track of anything before 2017, where as this happened in 2015. This was for $7.50...

I will literally pay him 7.50 if he wants. But I HONESTLY never charged it back because I intended to scam him. It seemed like my paypal was used to buy some shady Chinese things. Honestly seemed like a scam to me at the time and I never realized it.

This is the link that proves that I threw the case.
The picture showed that the email was sent to me and I never replied to it, thereby losing the case on purpose. The buyer always wins these cases from paypal 100% of the time. I never got any money back from the guy who I bought the gold from. If i had replied to the email, it would have said, Email from Buyer. But i contacted the guy on skype as you can see in the report screenshots and he never responded to me to confirm.

In addition, I even offered to give him the $7.50 that I owed him.

It was honestly a mistake. I never actually scammed him since I literally called PayPal and asked them to just close the case. They said they could not but I can just not reply and the case will be closed automatically. As you can see the seller nor the buyer even replied to paypal because the Buyer never actually followed up on the case and it was closed.
