Showed me a steamcommunity page of a 4 digit. Asked if he can add me to friends, showing me he has a 4 digit. Said he doesn't want it getting disabled so he doesn't want to login. The steamcommunity shows last login time of 15 hours.

Trade With Caution. Make sure you get sufficient proof from this guy before trading.

I am selling this account for the owner.
I have the username & password, but I don't log in to it because then you have 3 IPs on it in 24 hours. However, since I have the login, I can acces it via steamcommunity, which I did to verify the account.

If you had some experience with all of this you would have understood the first time I explained.

And if you had no intention of getting in to a verbal argument, you shouldn't have posted here.

Firstly I'd like to say that you are in fact the dumbest kid to ever post on these forums. Why didn't you say that before when I asked you why you couldn't go on? And Steam doesn't go by IP's, you think people would not be able to login from home and from work? I've been doing it for 3 years now.

I didn't intend to get into a verbal argument, I intended to let people know that you are not trustworthy, and until you prove you can be you aren't.

 

I didn't say so because you didn't ask, you can see that in the screenshot you managed to take, that totally busts me.

Oh and steam doesn't go by IP's?
Really weird that steamsupport knew that I moved from the UK to Belgium then.
Probably psychics working there then.
Oh and also, there are traces of every account in your registry, so they would see 3 IP's and 3 different registries. The only reason every account sold doesn't get disabled is that this is only checked upon suspicion.
