Another fast Regedit thing - Startup Message.

I can't edit the other renaming recycle bin one so here is a complete new one >.<

This is useful If you want to piss of your sister/brother etc.

Go into Regedit and expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

then just go through this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Double-Click on the "legalnoticecaption", basically, this is what the window's title is, like in windows internet explorer it is the webpage name, just name it what you want.

Double-Click on "legalnoticetext" and this is what will appear in the message, mine says "This is mat's Computer, if you aren't mat then fuck off asshole!"

after this close regedit, then next time you restart the message will appear.
