If you look at the divines he is buying for 100m each (Would be 2b each slot), there obviously from a private server. If you look at any 317 PI Based P Server, Divines will look EXACTLY, like that, and a few p server sources have grand exchanges on them as well.

Also, if you look at the first post, a well respected member says he won't proove he even has the gold. I'm sure you could put 2 and 2 together, or at least make him verify he has the gold.
