    Evidence: Practically identical names, multiple IP audits, both selling a 2200+ account months apart with the exact same title. Not sure what is going on here but this is definitely the same person. It might be the case that the person realized they had an older account and recovered it, but just wanted to post to be sure.

    unless you have proof that he sold the account, we can't really do anything but the user did recover his old Sythe account. Having 2 Sythe accounts is allowed as long as they don't self interact.
