Kream and GenKiller same person?

I originally posted this on donator's lounge and was advised to post it here.

Anyways, these 2 members posted VERY rare neopets items (worth $1k+) but they're selling it at a very low price.

the SuAP his selling is worth 1.2b in-game and in $ value it will be $1500-$2k
the iStaff in-game is 165m, worth $300-$400

Now Kream is 2 rare items as well, Attack Pea is worth 200m-250m in-game ($400-$500) and the WoDF is worth $500-$600

Now on Kream's post, he's saying that he sold Seasonal Attack Pea to GenKiller when he just signed up today. Can admin or mod check if both members uses same IP or if they're the same person and just trying to scam members here? If they can provide proof of ownership then that would be better.
