Hike Possible Ban Evader

Why you think they are ban evading:

Audit shows MANY matches to IP's he's logged in with and banned accounts.

Not only that - I tried to engage in a trade with him, we eventually came to an agreement and then he demanded that he be paid before I get any account information. I then suggested we use a middle man and that I had one ready to go for the trade, and he told me that either I pay first or there is no trade and when I declined to trade without a middleman (obviously to have a safe trade), he posted a slanderous comment on my profile (now deleted).

 

Going through them all I couldn't match Hike with anyone, and IP isn't enough.
