Reasoning behind the report: The account appears to be phished/purchased/hacked. The account recently became active again after two years and the writing style is completely different. Before the inactivity, tiger9110's posts were helpful and usually grammatically correct (minus a few smiley faces). The more recent posts look like they were written by an autistic chimpanzee. It is also pretty sketchy that the first posts after two years of inactivity would be about buying gold/accounts.
