Explanation of the trade:
I agreed to buy 1.5b from KolsD on 9/08/22 at a rate of .35/m for a total of 525$. We both agreed to use a payment method called Wise to send the money. He received it on 9/14/22 and told me he needed some time (until 9/16/22) to pay me. When 9/16/22 rolls around he only gives me 200m/1.5b. On 9/22/22 he gives me what amounts to around 100m at the time. At this point he has paid 300m/1.5b. I ask him again for a time frame which he ignores for 3 days at which point I tell him he has until 9/30/22 to deliver or I will report him on Sythe. Not that it matters since he's already been banned but I know there's other individuals that owe him money and I would like to make this public so that I may have a chance of getting reimbursed.

How they scammed: Has only delivered a fifth of the gold 300m/1.5b I paid for 22 days ago, which he received 16 days ago after telling me it would only take 2-3 days and keeps giving me false time frames for gp delivery.

I have been pretty lenient in giving him 2+ weeks to deliver the gold and he has failed to do so repeatedly. This is completely unacceptable as the deal we made made sense for me at the time because of how item prices were at the time. Having to wait so long has seriously hindered some plans of mine.
