Juz a Seller scammed a 138 from me

he asked for 2 90 day membership cards for his 138 in this thread: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=730383

he has sold this account at least twice before. Here is a thread where he tried to sell it earlier: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=570908

in that thread someone posts this this:

the email [email protected] is the one that is given by Juz a Seller in first thread i linked to, where i got scammed.

3 days ago he started this thread: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=726139
he asks for the exact same thing in the thead where he sold me the 138. in the thread where i was sold the account he even vouches for me after the trade is over.

once again he started this thread, after our trade was over, asking for the same thing: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=726683

i have emailed and PMed him about this, i have his IP address and i have found out the city he lives in. I'll take it further if neccesary, but i primarily want either my money i spend back, or preferably the account.

Any help with this is very welcome!!!
