Looking for decent starter main/main

I am going on vacation tomorrow, and won't be back until the 31st, and I get money on the 1st of June. I will have $50-$90. PAYPAL ONLY due to all the scammers (I've lost $150+ in the past month). UNLESS YOU ARE DEEMED TRUSTED ENOUGH FOR ME TO PAY WITH GP.

And please, only offer me accounts if you are trusted, (have vouches, valid ones, and a lot of them).

I want Attack, Strength, Defence to all be 70+
I want Magic and Range to be 60+
I want Prayer to be 50+
I want Slayer to be 70+(This can be negotiable)

The rest of the stats are just extras that I will look at and make my decision slightly off of.

ALSO you must be the Original Owner, or the price drops a bit.

If there is value in items and gp, and like void/torso and stuff, that will add into what I offer.

I CAN ALSO TRADE:
Elite Dangerous
Clash of Clans really good account
WarZ [2]
Elder Scrolls Online

my account is still there if interested. MM at my cost

I said Paypal only in the post. I'm done getting scammed.

Bump.

It's lacking your wanted slayer level, but what do you think?

If you're thinking about trust, we could find a trusted MM at my expense.

I personally do not trust MM, and I do paypal only for non trusted people. So if you still have the account when I get my money, I'll buy.
