range 1-99 question~~

range 1-99 question~~how much would it cost(not using red chim) using normal arrows from lv 1-99??what arrows should i start with or end with??should i just not watse my time and just upgrade my arrow when i had enuff lv for it??example:when i m lv 30 i should use adamant arrow straight away instead of using iron arrow??
