I got scammed by Lawesyplace

I sent him $63 and he never gave me the 350mil rs3

He just logged out after he saw that he received the money and we were suppose to meet. Now I am out of $63 on PayPal because I sent it to him using friends/family

Explanation of the trade & How they scammed: We agreed to 0.18/m for 350mil rs3 and I sent him paypal friends/family and once he said he got the money he logged out and became unresponsive

Do you have a PM confirmation, or them sending you their skype information in some manner?

He's purposefully not posted contact info in quite some time, he's never posted that his skype was hacked or compromised in any way so how is it supposed to have changed hands?

 

I'll get input from other staff, but hopefully OP has gotten the Skype PM'd to him or some sort of trade confirmation.

So I guess he just scams me and gets away with it? Yousuckv2 posted his skype information and proof, no matter how old it is, that should be sufficient enough for a ban

I also can send the address of the paypal I sent to if needed. If he doesn't refund me the money within 48 hours I will be contacting IC3.gov

Until more proof is provided, your report has been denied.

I have talked to multiple other users and the paypal address provided does not link to Lawesy in anyway and unless you can provide proof of a skype/conversation confirmation and after discussing it with other moderators, a year 1/2 old skype does not provide enough proof to warrant a ban.
