Hysteria ban, tried/trying to fix the issue.

I was banned on my account Hysteria awhile back for selling an account which was then recovered by the original owner, and i was unable to pay back the items/gold the buyer had on the account.

i posted an appeal awhile ago, but nothing came from it and i'd like to try again to see if i can repay the debt and become unbanned. I'd appreciate any help possible towards making this right
