Requesting a TwC on Counter Actz

Basically, I have no proof of him having intentions to scam, but if you read that post carefully, you can draw one of the two conclusions:

1) The person is either looking forward to getting scammed (which makes absolutely no sense, because anyone who is having such thoughts wouldn't normally use paypal to cause themselves unnecessary trouble).

2) The person is either going to try and rip someone off of eBay or something along those lines, where he is preparing to be facing chargeback(s). Obviously someone looking to trade legitimately doesn't plan beforehand, that whenever he recieves any payments, he will take it out straight into the bank, because implying you will be chargebacked for a legit transaction on every occasion is just ridiclious.

If you read that thread, I have a more clear picture now: The guy is most likely going to recover account after selling, that's why he is looking forward to facing chargebacks. Nonetheless, this is all indirect proof, but stilL TwC worthy. Mainly because he himself is selling goods that are recoverable and I think if he is trying to sell that lvl 200 acc legitimately he would not worry about PayPal being disputed, because in worst possible scenario, he has to wait until it is unrecoverable and if there is a dispute opened in that time frame (which is very unlikely if he is doing a legit trade), he could simply recover his account himself, seeing he claims to be original owner with info.

 

While I understand your concerns, in implying ones intentions, I think we should give them the most generous interpretation. Thus, this really isn't enough for a TwC.
