Impact11's ban

Hello i was banned for selling steam cheats? when scripts are allowed on steam games as long as they arent a 3rd party program... they couldnt get your account vac banned or anything.. but anyways im sorry for it and was wondering if i can be unbanned i will not post for selling scripts.
