Wrongfully banned for evading, VERY UNHAPPY

Okay first off I'd like to state that this is complete bs if anyone honestly believes this is true.

Two days ago during a trade someone brought to my attention that a thread was claiming I was a ban evader solely based off the fact my username is similar to that of an older banned user:
    http://www.sythe.org/report-ban-evader/1809980-oculus-gold.html

I looked at this and noticed it was complete bs because all the guy claims is that my name is similar and my gold shop title looks similar (every gold shop title is structured that way, so everyone must be a vader idk)...

I did more digging and noticed that the user who was banned was from columbia south carolina, as per the scam report where the victim provided his IP address...
    http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1700639-scammed-oculus.html

Then I ran an IP audit on his account vs my account, undoubtedly it showed that he had multiple accounts on his IP and it was in fact from columbia sc...

My IP on the other-hand only shows me residing and using the site from Newport News, Virginia... If anyone wants you can look up my SVU information to see that I indeed reside in virginia as it is the verified address linked to my bank account and credit card which I graciously donate with.

I was even the person who asked Jack Goff to look into it for me because it was hindering my ability to trade with other users. So could someone please tell me why a "guilty" person would inform, subsequently the person who would ban them idky, of this? Wouldn't a ban-evader try and slip through the cracks and not draw attention to themselves. Instead I'm busy trying to join CDT, get involved in discussions around the forum, actively seek trades. Yea price I pay for getting involved in a dying forum is someone assuming I'm a vader based solely off my name being similar.

Now if by some snowball's chance in hell someone would uproot their life and move states just to register an account on a video game trading forum, then yea the claim might be right. But considering I've only been here a few short months and that user was banned roughly 8 months prior to my account creation, I would appreciate somebody fixing this issue for me...

Needless to say, I'm pretty angry with the situation and nobody has attempted to respond to anything I ask them since.

That's one of the two locations that Oculus was based, the other was Virginia which is conveniently where you reside.

Literally your first posts on sythe were a gold buying and a gold selling thread as well as a vouch thread. You've been here before.
